Chemistry is an abstract subject and especially for pupils at school it is crucial to explain it on examples from the surrounding world. I like to work with children and to teach them chemistry from different points of view: In simple terms and more scientific. I have been giving private lessons through all my studies both being as a student at University in Russia and as a PhD-candidate in Germany. I met many really talented students. Many of those needed my lessons at the very beginning only. I tried to reveal the magic world of chemistry and convincing them that in order to understand chemistry you don’t need some special skills. Everything you need it is just an inspiration, which I would love to give, and a diligence, which is important for any subject to learn.

A sound mind in a sound body. I like Jogging, swimming and waiting for hot yoga in Dresden to come, which I tried when I lived in Luxembourg. It helps to keep my mind fresh. I like to play piano. This special way to express myself gives me additional strength and calmness in my life. Last three years I'm really interested in the fine art. I learn how to read paintings of the 16-17th centuries. Especially I like German and Flemish painters of that time.
